Following a suberb 2 hour set from Marcus Intalex & DRS last month will be producers of the moment Commix alongside 1Xtra's DJ Flight...
Commix is the alias of Cambridge duo Guy Brewer and George Levings. Since their first forays onto vinyl on DJ SS' Formation imprint and Nu:Tone's label, they've released tracks for labels including C.I.A, V Recordings, Hospital Records and Horizons Music.
After several big releases on Metalheadz including the massive 'Talk to Frank' Goldie has offered the duo an album deal. Commix will become the only artist other than Goldie to release an album on what is for many people the most important label in drum&bass to this day. This album is set for release in Spring 2007.

DJ Flight doesn't really need any introductions. As well as rolling out every week on 1Xtra, she's resident at Metalheadz, Fabio's night Swerve, and Grooveriders weekly Grace events. On top of her hectic DJ schedule which has taken her round the world, Flight also runs Play Music - a label which has seen a couple of her own productions as 'Alias' alongside Breakage.
